The company was pramoted by Mr. Mahamadkhan S. Makrani and Smt. Rubinanaz M. Makrani and the company got incorporated on 1st September 2016.

The present Directors of the company are :

Shri Mahmadkhan S. Makrani, B.Com., L.L.B., and Smt Rubinanaz M.Makrani B.A. LL. B., were carrying out business of consultancy services in various fields and with a view to expand business horizones decided to enter into Corporate sector along with team of professional services providers Shri Paresh R. Patel And Smt. Rekhben P. Patel were invited and joined to the team professional and many others are awaiting to join.

The company is in finalisation process of buying a corporate office on S.G.Highway, Ahmedabad,

Which will be an entire floor of about 5000 sq. fts. Located in prime area.
